All classes run as scheduled.

You may drop in to any class.

Levels 1 and 1-2 are suitable for beginners.

Levels 2 and 2-3 are intermediate.

Levels 2-3 and 3 are more vigorous.

Drop-in rate: $13 Full-time students: $9 drop-in

10 class block: $110.

Seniors/students 10 class block: $90

Unlimited class passes: One month: $120, three month :$300, six month: $540, one year :$999


CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Acro Yoga: Blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai Yoga Massage, and the dynamic power of Acrobatics in partner & group dynamics. No partner is necessary. Having an existing yoga practice is recommended.

Easy Flow Yoga: An easier level of flow class. Still a vigorous workout but a little slower and easier. A good bridge between HathaYoga Interdisciplinary and Vinyasa Flow classes.

Easy Fundamental Yoga: Yoga basics suitable for beginners.

Gentle, Relax & Renew Yoga: Passive poses created to relieve stress,induce profound relaxation and deep, gentle muscle release. Wonderful for everyone.

Hatha Yoga Interdisciplinary: An accessible and eclectic blend of different styles of yoga designed to tone & stretch the whole body,relieve stress and create a deep experience of well-being. Levels 1-2 is suitable for beginners & those wanting an easier practice. Levels2-3 is a class for intermediate students.

Kripalu Yoga: A therapeutic,gentle and spiritually focused yoga withclear alignment and emphasis on inner focus and self-acceptance within the yoga poses.

Pilates: based on the work of Joseph Pilates. The focus is on strengthening the core muscles, to increase flexibility, and improve posture. A good compliment to Yoga. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Each pose flows fluidly and dynamically into the next pose. More emphasis given to standing sequences. A vigorous,exhilarating, full-body workout. A reasonable level of fitness is required.

Community Class: Adults, young adults, & children welcome to a soothing yet rejuvenating practice. This is a donation based class.

Yin Yoga:Longer held stretches combined with deep breathing to focus on opening the connective tissue along the joints & spine for profound therapeutic benefits.

Ashtanga Yoga: a class based on primary & secondary series of the Ashtanga system focusing on the breath, bandhas, Asana, Vinyasa & Dhristi. Designed to gain strength, flexibility, balance and focus.
