In my early 20's I studied gym instruction and sports psychology. It was around the same time that I discovered the benefits of yoga. I was introduced to it by a friend and it didn't take long until I was hooked! My first experience of yoga was Vinyasa Flow, which I practiced for 6 months, before I went on to practice many different styles including Ashtanga and Iyengar. Still, I always came back to Vinyasa Flow. I loved what yoga had given me personally and wanted to delve a little deeper so I began my first teacher training course in May 2005 with the Irish School of Yoga. In June 2007 I continued my training in the USA with Frog Lotus Yoga at their Intensive 200 hour course. Having loved my time with Vidya in Massachusetts, I also completed the advanced 300 hour training with Frog Lotus Yoga in India. Since I began my yoga teacher training I have complete numerous other courses including Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga and Anatomy and Physiology. I have attended classes with many advanced teachers including Tim Feldmann, Manju Jois, Ana Forrest, Peter Sanson, Paul Dallaghan and Sri O.P. Tiwari. I continue on my spiritual journey, a dedicated student and teacher. My classes are strong, energetic and fun with a focus on correct alignment.
