Frog Lotus Yoga is a beautiful studio located in North Adams, near Williamstown, in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. The studio has a warm friendly atmosphere and is building a growing yoga community of like-minded people. Our teachers are all experienced, professional and highly trained. We offer 200 hour Yoga Alliance Approved Yoga Teacher Trainings Intensives, both at the studio and 'off campus' in exotic locations.

The different styles of yoga taught in our classes include:

AcroYoga:Therapeutic Flow: Relax & Stretch: Class includes circle ceremony, mirrored asana, partner yoga, restorative Thai Yoga Massage. No experience or partner necessary. All levels welcome.

AcroYoga: Play & Strengthen: A fun class including partner asana, assisted inversions, acrobatics, & "flying." Building strength, flexibility, and trust. No partner necessary. Existing yoga practice is recommended (level 2-3).

Ashtanga Yoga: primary & secondary series of the Ashtanga system focusing on the breath, bandhas, Asana, Vinyasa & Dhristi. Designed to gain strength, flexibility, balance and focus.

Easy Flow Yoga: An easier level of flow class. Still a vigorous workout but a little slower and easier. A good bridge between Hatha Yoga Interdisciplinary and Vinyasa Flow classes.

Easy Fundamental Yoga: Yoga basics suitable for beginners.

Gentle, Relax & Renew Yoga: Passive poses created to relieve stress, induce profound relaxation and deep, gentle muscle release. Wonderful for everyone.

Hatha Yoga Interdisciplinary: An accessible and eclectic blend of different styles of yoga designed to tone & stretch the whole body, relieve stress and create a deep experience of well-being. Levels 1-2 is suitable for beginners & those wanting an easier practice. Levels 2-3 is a class for intermediate students wanting to take their practice to the next level.

Kripalu: A therapeutic, gentle and spiritually focused yoga with clear alignment and emphasis on inner focus and self-acceptance within the yoga poses.

Sampoorna Flow Yoga: primary & secondary series of the Ashtanga system focusing on the breath, bandhas, Asana, Vinyasa & Dhristi. Designed to gain strength, flexibility, balance and focus.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: of the Sivananda Yoga lineage, the yoga of "fullness" focuses on awareness of breath, alignment in postures and strengthening ability to focus & concentrate. A large portion of practice will be a Vinyasa Flow.

Yin Yoga:Longer held stretches combined with deep breathing to focus on opening the connective tissue along the joints & spine for profound therapeutic benefits.
